e-Learning Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an e-Learning Specialist to support the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program in developing online and blended courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and enhances learning solutions using various electronic media
• Creates instructional materials and coordinates course production with relevant staff
• Evaluates existing courses and implements improvements to align with program outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalency) with 6 years of related experience, or a master's degree (or equivalency) with 4 years of related experience
• Experience in higher education or health professions education is preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to assess learning objectives through ongoing needs assessments
• Experience with instructional design and online pedagogy
