Job Summary

A company is looking for an E-Learning Support Specialist I to manage daily support for partner learning management systems and exam platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve and respond to tickets submitted by faculty and students
  • Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot issues for exams and courses within the LMS
  • Conduct student and faculty orientations, including office hours for online orientations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience of 1-3 years
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Technologically independent and able to work as part of a virtual team
  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Familiarity with tools such as MS Office Suite and ticketing systems
