Job Summary
A company is looking for a PRN EAP Call Center Representative to provide client-centric support and connect callers to appropriate resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer support and communication as the initial contact for callers, demonstrating strong customer service skills
- Manage case and file documentation in compliance with policies and regulatory standards
- Educate providers and members on EAP benefits and collaborate with staff for timely access to care
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related healthcare field with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with 3-5 years of experience
- Strong computer and keyboarding skills, including proficiency in MS Office and data processing
- Ability to pass extensive background checks and undergo a Public Trust background investigation
- US Citizenship for at least 5 years
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree and five or more years of experience in a healthcare or customer service setting
