EAP Clinical Counsellor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Counsellor (Mandarin Speaking).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide single-session telephonic and video counselling, in-the-moment support, and crisis management
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine suitability for short-term counselling
• Manage high-risk situations, collaborating with clients and referring appropriately

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's degree in mental health (social work, counselling, psychology, or related field)
• Minimum of 2 years of direct client contact providing counselling or mental health services
• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counselling modalities
• Training in crisis intervention and supporting high-risk clients is a plus
