Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Clinical Counselor.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide telephone-based assessment, triage, consultation, counseling, and informational services in a call center environment
Conduct risk, substance abuse, and mental health assessments to develop action/safety plans
Offer information and resources to assist members with mental health and substance abuse concerns

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of crisis intervention experience
Valid, unrestricted independent professional licensure in counseling or related field
Master's Degree in counseling profession
