Job Summary
Supporting regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives, the full-time remote EAP Compliance Coordinator will manage grievance administration, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance compliance outcomes within the Employee Assistance Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate regulatory reporting and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to the Knox-Keene license
- Oversee grievance processes from intake to resolution, collaborating with clinical leadership on complex cases
- Analyze compliance and grievance data to identify trends and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, grievance administration, or quality improvement
- Experience coordinating audits, investigations, or corrective action processes
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with business technology and reporting tools such as Excel or case management systems
