EAP Counselor (Arabic Speaking)

Job Summary

Providing remote support, the full-time EAP Counselor (Arabic Speaking) will engage with clients through telephonic and video counseling, offering crisis management and developing treatment plans while ensuring client confidentiality.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide single session telephonic and video counseling, including crisis management and in-the-moment support
• Assess clients to determine appropriateness for short-term counseling and manage high-risk calls
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clear clinical documentation in the case management system

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree or diploma in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
• Licensure or clinical certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of direct client-contact experience in counseling or mental health services
• Experience with clinical assessment tools and short-term counseling modalities
• Training in crisis intervention and experience with high-risk clients is beneficial
