EAP Intake Specialist

• Complete EAP Intake Forms and input demographic information into the database
• Connect clients to appropriate resources, affiliate providers, or EAP staff for services

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience with IT applications and database systems
• Professional call center or scheduling experience is a plus
• Reliable internet connection with specified minimum speeds
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office programs
• Strong commitment to customer service
