EAP Proposal Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Proposal Writer to manage and develop proposals for Employee Assistance Programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the proposal development process, including planning, writing, editing, and submission of RFP responses
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure compliance with RFP requirements
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously while participating in strategy discussions and contributing to win themes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, Public Health, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in healthcare or EAP services
• Experience responding to government and public sector RFPs preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of Employee Assistance Programs and behavioral health services is preferred
