EAP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral Health
• Conduct assessments and triage, providing short-term problem resolution, authorization, and referrals
• Provide solution-focused consultation to assist members with issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• 3+ years of clinical experience, post-master's degree
• 2+ years of experience using Windows PCs, including typing and navigating multiple systems
• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace and access to high-speed internet at home
