Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Specialist, unlicensed, to provide telephonic assessment and consultation for behavioral health benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral Health
• Conduct assessment and triage, providing short-term problem resolution, authorization, and referrals
• Provide solution-focused consultation and determine member eligibility and benefit coverage

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• 3+ years of clinical experience post-master's degree
• 2+ years of experience using Windows PCs and navigating multiple systems
• Dedicated workspace and access to high-speed internet at home
• Reside in California
