EAP Specialist, California Unlicensed

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Specialist, unlicensed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral Health
• Conduct assessment and triage, providing short-term problem resolution, authorization, and referrals for routine and crisis callers
• Provide solution-focused consultation to assist members with issue resolution

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• 3+ years of clinical experience, post-master's degree
• 2+ years of experience using Windows PCs, including the ability to navigate multiple systems
• Dedicated, distraction-free workspace and access to high-speed internet at home
• Reside in California
