EAP Worklife Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Worklife Analyst for the Medicare Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultation, assessment, and resource referrals for child care, elder/adult care, and mental health needs
• Assess needs, propose options, and research potential community service providers
• Document member interactions and complete outbound calls in a call center environment

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience locating and referring to community resources
• 1+ year of experience working with elderly and/or adults with disabilities
• 1+ year of experience in social work, social services, or case management
• 1+ year of experience conducting psychosocial and/or needs assessments
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field required
