Job Summary
Developing new business and managing assigned customer accounts, the full-time Early Career Sales Representative will focus on inside sales to secure an area outside sales role within 12-14 months, primarily engaging with small to medium businesses through remote communication.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts, coordinate orders, and resolve account issues while expanding the customer base
- Engage with potential and previous customers to drive cross-selling, up-selling, and new business opportunities
- Conduct complex issue resolution and collaborate with sales teams to maintain relationships and achieve sales metrics
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B inside sales or field sales experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Experience in the fiber-based packaging industry strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and develop new business opportunities effectively
