Job Summary

To support a growing early talent program, the full-time Early Careers Talent Administrator & Coordinator will manage program logistics, coordinate on-site events, and serve as the primary contact for participants in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end program logistics, including scheduling, room booking, and catering
  • Coordinate and execute on-site programming such as orientation and L&D sessions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for interns, co-ops, and program participants
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years in program coordination, events, or recruiting operations
  • Experience managing complex scheduling and logistics
  • Confident communicator with client-facing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to travel on-site during peak programming periods
