Job Summary
Owning end-to-end logistics for early talent programs, the full-time Early Careers Program Specialist will coordinate events, manage scheduling, and ensure a high-quality experience for interns and co-op participants in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage program and event logistics, including candidate scheduling and venue management
- Coordinate and execute on-site programming such as orientations and learning sessions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interns and program participants, ensuring a polished experience
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years in program coordination, events, recruiting operations, or a similar function
- Availability to travel on-site during peak programming periods
- Experience managing complex scheduling and logistics
- Client-facing communication experience with a professional demeanor
- Experience with GoodTime or similar scheduling platforms (preferred)
