Job Summary

Managing the full-cycle recruiting process for internship and early career hiring programs, the full-time Early Careers Recruiter will work remotely to build relationships with universities and develop sourcing strategies while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for internship and early career hiring across multiple business lines
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and early-career talent communities to create diverse talent pipelines
• Conduct interviews and provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, campus recruiting, or a related field
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other sourcing tools
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
