Job Summary
Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for managing intern and entry-level hiring, overseeing a summer internship program, and supporting early career recruiting needs in a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and entry-level roles across various teams
- Lead execution and enhancement of the summer internship program, ensuring a high-quality experience for interns
- Build relationships with universities and coordinate early career events to strengthen talent pipelines
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience in early careers or high-volume hiring preferred
- Strong program management and event planning experience
- Experience with ATS platforms, particularly Workday
- Ability to partner with and present to senior stakeholders
- Passion for delivering a great candidate experience
