Early Childhood Education Navigator

Job Summary

Providing essential support to families of young children, the full-time Early Childhood Education Navigator will connect families to high-quality early childhood programs and developmental services, primarily working onsite at clinics with one remote day each week.

Key responsibilities

• Assist families in navigating early childhood options, making referrals, and supporting enrollment in community programs
• Collaborate with clinic staff to serve as a resource on early childhood programs and maintain updated resource materials
• Document referrals, track outcomes, and participate in quality improvement activities related to early childhood services

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with no experience required
• Experience supporting families with enrollment in early childhood programs is preferred
• Familiarity with early childhood options for low-income families
• Knowledge of the Early Intervention system and preschool special education
