Early Development Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Development Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Early Development Teams (EDTs) in product strategy and operational execution from IND to POC
• Develop and oversee global Integrated Product Development Plans (iPDPs) and ensure effective team accountability and performance
• Engage with organizational leaders to align on development strategies and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources

Required Qualifications

• Over 15 years of global multi-disciplinary drug development experience in the pharma/biotech industry
• Proven leadership experience in strategic multi-functional environments with a track record of delivering results
• Prior experience in early phase Solid Tumor Oncology drug development and regulatory submissions
• Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required
• Experience in managing collaborations and building effective relationships in cross-functional teams
