Job Summary
A company is looking for an Early Phase Director of Business Development to focus on strategic relationship management and growth in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology space.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with sponsors and partners
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Phase I trial strategies and operational models
- Develop and execute regional growth plans prioritizing client retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Extensive experience with Phase I clinical trials
- Strong knowledge of the biotech and pharmaceutical industries
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships in clinical research
- Expertise in contract negotiations and strategic account planning
