Job Summary

A company is looking for an Early Phase Director of Business Development to focus on strategic relationship management and growth in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with sponsors and partners
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on Phase I trial strategies and operational models
  • Develop and execute regional growth plans prioritizing client retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Extensive experience with Phase I clinical trials
  • Strong knowledge of the biotech and pharmaceutical industries
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships in clinical research
  • Expertise in contract negotiations and strategic account planning
