Earned Value Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Earned Value Process Solutions Analyst Principal.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training, direction, and guidance in Earned Value processes for program execution
• Update process documentation and tools, and communicate training plans for identified gaps
• Engage with proposal teams to ensure compliance with Earned Value requirements during program startups

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Typically 6 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and experience in Program Control or Project Finance
• Experience with EVM tools and a willingness to learn new tools
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
• Effective time management and organizational skills
