Earned Value Analyst

Job Summary

To support program execution and compliance, the full-time Earned Value Process Solutions Analyst will provide training and guidance on Earned Value processes, assist in updating documentation and tools, and engage with proposal teams while working in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance on Earned Value processes during program startup and execution
• Update process documentation and tools, and communicate training plans for identified gaps
• Engage with proposal teams to ensure compliance with Earned Value requirements for new programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and experience in Program Control or Project Finance
• Proficiency with EVM tools and a willingness to learn new ones
• Strong command of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Interpersonal skills for effective communication across all management levels and functions
