Job Summary
To support the Combat Mission System business area, the full-time remote Earned Value Control Account Manager will drive cost, schedule, and scope performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage baselines and analyze performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and analyze cost, schedule, and scope performance while ensuring compliance with Earned Value standards
- Collaborate with Finance, Scheduling, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to develop and maintain performance analysis and variance reports
- Provide training and mentoring on Earned Value Metrics and financial analysis to enhance team capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
- Advanced understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and industry standards
- Proficiency in Excel with advanced formulas and pivot tables; experience with Deltek's Open Plan, Cobra, or Primavera
- Ability to effectively track deliverables and resolve variances in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills to manage timelines and customer requirements
