Earned Value Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Earned Value Process Solutions Sr. Principal Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance on Earned Value processes during program startups and execution
• Coordinate updates to process documentation and training in response to identified gaps
• Develop and implement strategies for transitioning training from live formats to interactive online learning

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Typically 8 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) with experience in Program Control or Project Finance
• Familiarity with EVM tools and a willingness to learn new tools
• Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
• Executive-level communication skills using various communication platforms
