Job Summary
Leading a team of four in a full-time remote capacity, the Earned Value Manager will oversee cost control, schedule management, and compliance for the LIDS program portfolio, ensuring adherence to earned value management standards and supporting reporting and training initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage earned value contracts and analyze program performance to ensure compliance with internal policies and contractual requirements
- Develop and review Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) while collaborating with various stakeholders to align financial and operational objectives
- Maintain the monthly earned value cadence calendar and support earned value reporting and training across the portfolio
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of finance-related experience, or an Advanced degree with 3 years of experience
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) contractual deliverable requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required for access to the financial management system due to government contractual obligations
