Earned Value Process Analyst

Job Summary

Providing essential support and guidance, the full-time Earned Value Process Analyst will assist programs in applying compliant Earned Value processes, updating training and documentation, and engaging with proposal teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support programs by delivering training and guidance on Earned Value processes during program startup and execution
• Update process documentation and tools, and communicate training plans for identified gaps
• Collaborate with proposal teams to ensure alignment with Earned Value requirements and support dashboard testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of experience, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and experience in Program Control or Project Finance
• Proficiency with EVM tools and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across all management levels
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
