Key Responsibilities

• Manage project team members and mentor project engineers
• Oversee project scope, cost control, and financial performance
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution of earthworks projects

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil construction
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Ability to learn AGTEK Gradeworks and basic Autodesk Civil 3D
