Job Summary
Leading the management of sales strategies and operations, the full-time remote East Area Sales Director will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to meet annual sales goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with North America objectives, leveraging market intelligence and customer insights
- Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to ensure revenue and growth targets are met
- Recruit, coach, and retain Regional Managers and sales teams, promoting a culture of accountability and performance excellence
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, AuD, or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum eight years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales management, with preferred experience in audiology or hearing healthcare
- Proven leadership capabilities in managing multi-layered sales organizations and driving strategic execution
- Strong business acumen with experience in developing commercial strategies and navigating complex business environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce CRM, and related business technologies for effective sales leadership
