Job Summary

A company is looking for an East Coast Growth Manager to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive qualified leads and conversions
  • Own and optimize the customer acquisition funnel, from awareness to activation
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and SQL
  • Experience running A/B tests and growth experiments
  • Familiarity with the foodservice industry is a plus but not required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation
