Key Responsibilities

• Draft all required legal documents and disclosures for residential mortgage loan transactions
• Compute and request funds needed for loan settlements
• Coordinate communication with all relevant parties throughout the transaction process

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of professional experience, with direct experience as a mortgage closer
• Preferred experience with bond loans and document preparation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to pass a criminal history background check
