East Coast Real Estate Director

Job Summary

Leading a national operation, the full-time remote East Coast Real Estate Director will manage a large team of transaction coordinators and virtual assistants, overseeing the transaction coordination lifecycle for residential real estate clients while driving operational excellence and coaching team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a distributed team of transaction coordinators and virtual assistants across multiple markets
• Oversee the full transaction coordination lifecycle from contract to close, supporting a vast network of real estate agents
• Build and refine scalable processes, workflows, and SOPs to enhance team performance and client experience

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential real estate transaction coordination, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven track record managing large teams (10+ TCs) in a fast-paced environment
• Deep expertise in the full transaction coordination process, including contract review and closing procedures
• Experience managing virtual assistants in a remote team environment
• Proficiency with real estate transaction management platforms (e.g., Dotloop, SkySlope, Command, or similar)
