Key Responsibilities

• Manage, organize, and conduct the course, virtually or in person

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree required; PhD preferred
• Substantive expertise on Eastern Europe, evidenced by published works or teaching experience
• Experience in instructional design and engaging training delivery for adult learners
• Ability to work independently and liaise with diverse teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with online learning platforms
