Eastern Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eastern Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the Eastern Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead independent manufacturers' representatives to achieve budget and grow wholesale customers
• Develop account planning and sales strategies with major customers
• Supervise sales in the assigned territory and provide support to customers and representatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a regional management role with rep management experience
• Experience in the Commercial and Residential lighting industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combined education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Ability to adapt to market changes and motivate a team of independent representatives
