Job Summary
Owning and growing the eastern US territory, the full-time Eastern US Systems Sales Manager will manage a pipeline of complex, high-value deals in the aerospace and defense sectors while working remotely without BDR or inside sales support.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a target account list to drive sales in the eastern US region
- Close contracts on capital equipment and complex technical systems, averaging six months in sales cycles
- Coordinate with applications engineering support as needed to facilitate deal closure
Required qualifications
- Proven full-cycle B2B sales experience of capital equipment or complex technical systems
- Experience selling into environmental test environments such as vibration, thermal, or acoustic testing
- Self-sourcing hunter mentality with no reliance on BDR or inside sales support
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (engineering, physics, chemistry, math, or similar) is required
- US citizenship is required; sponsorship is not available for this role
