Job Summary
Handling all aspects of invoice submissions and resolving e-billing issues, the full-time remote eBilling Analyst will work directly with clients and attorneys to ensure compliance with e-billing guidelines while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the submission of electronic invoices and accruals, overseeing client transitions to e-billing
- Act as a liaison between billing attorneys and clients, providing expert support on electronic billing matters
- Maintain and update client data in the billing system and perform analyses of complex client accounts
Required qualifications:
- Associate degree or advanced degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of e-billing experience in a corporate law department or law firm
- Familiarity with legal billing and Middleware systems such as Legal Exchange or BillBlast
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of various LEDES billing formats is a plus
