EBMS Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EBMS Program Manager - Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple workstreams to enhance BMS delivery and align with business justifications
• Engage with stakeholders across various regions and time zones to facilitate project execution
• Oversee the EBMS construction management on retrofit programs, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering
• Over 7 years of experience in Building Management Systems
• Proficiency with project/program management software (e.g., SmartSheets, Asana, MS Project)
• Experience with construction specifications, particularly Div 00, 21, 23, 25, 26
• Preferred: PMP or Six Sigma Certification and advanced degree in controls or electrical engineering
