EBO Service Line Supervisor

Job Summary

EBO Service Line Supervisor manages employees and operations in a full-time role, overseeing workflow, performance, and compliance within the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and orient employees, assign work, and assist in developing department processes
• Monitor billing procedures, ensure compliance, and conduct periodic audits
• Develop relationships with clients and manage employee time and attendance

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
• Familiarity with Medicaid and Out Of State Medicaid programs required
• Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic preferred
