EBO Service Line Supervisor

Job Summary

EBO Service Line Supervisor manages employees and operations in a full-time role with a Monday-Friday schedule, overseeing workflow, employee performance, and compliance in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and orient employees, assign work, and assist in developing department processes
• Manage employee performance, provide feedback, and ensure staff training opportunities
• Monitor billing procedures, maintain data integrity, and develop relationships with clients and agencies

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
• Familiarity with Medicaid and Out Of State Medicaid programs
• Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic preferred
