eCare Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the day-to-day operations of telehealth services, the full-time eCare Operations Specialist will coordinate workflows, manage technology needs, assist with provider onboarding, and collaborate with rural health clinics in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate operational and clinical workflows, assisting hub staff with new implementations
- Manage equipment and connectivity testing, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with IT personnel
- Assist with data analysis and month-end data compilation to identify quality improvement opportunities
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred
- Two years of related experience and/or training preferred
- Ability to complete and maintain required federal background investigation and credentialing processes
