eClose Manager

Job Summary

Managing the eClose department, the full-time Manager, eClose will oversee production, performance, and quality of RON & iPEN processes while working remotely and ensuring adherence to regulations and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee staff performance, training, and payroll approval while managing workload issues across teams
• Monitor and improve the performance of the eClose vendor network and ensure compliance with client-level SLAs
• Address escalated issues related to clients, vendors, or employees and provide departmental reporting to upper management

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous management experience in the closing or mortgage industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Teams
• Ability to multitask and work additional hours as needed
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized with strong interpersonal skills
