ECM Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ECM Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle file management systems for training materials and resources
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure compliance with health plan documentation
• Monitor and manage the Enhanced Care Management email and complete reports timely

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience with shared management systems, preferably Salesforce
• Strong knowledge of ECM platforms and databases
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting
• Bi-lingual English Spanish preferred
