Job Summary

A company is looking for an ECM Pre- and Post-sales Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Engaging with potential clients to understand their ECM needs and requirements
Collaborating with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and demonstrations
Providing technical support throughout the customer lifecycle

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in ECM technologies such as IBM FileNet, OpenText Content Suite, or Microsoft SharePoint
Demonstrated experience in pre-sales and/or post-sales technical consulting roles
Strong understanding of software sales processes and techniques
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Ideally based in the US
