eCOA Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an eCOA Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage eCOA project tasks including scale licensing, vendor management, and oversight of data processes
• Provide leadership and expertise throughout the system setup and lifecycle, advising study teams on design alternatives
• Conduct data reconciliation reviews and serve as the point of contact for inspection readiness activities

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience, with specific indication experience in dermatology preferred
• 3-5 years of project management experience in electronic clinical outcome assessments (eCOA)
• 3-5 years of vendor management experience in digital solutions
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional study teams and issue escalation
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and PMP certification preferred
