eCOA Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an eCOA Training Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop eCOA training modules in collaboration with training vendors
• Oversee the development of the Rater Training program and related materials
• Monitor KPI metrics and ensure compliance for sites and raters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree is a plus
• 15+ years of experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in developing training materials for clinical outcome assessments
• 3-5 years of vendor management experience in electronic clinical outcome assessments (eCOA)
• History of leadership roles and subject matter expertise in eCOAs
