Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to support day-to-day operations across multiple third-party marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities for multiple marketplace accounts
• Compile and maintain detailed product information using marketplace-specific templates
• Serve as the primary point of contact with marketplace representatives to resolve issues and address requests

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing at least one major retail marketplace account
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for managing large product data files
• Experience with structured product data and bulk upload templates
• Proven ability to update pricing and images across marketplace listings
• Professional communication skills for external marketplace interactions
