Job Summary

A company is looking for an eCommerce National Account Manager to support omni-channel customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic business partnerships through Joint Business Planning (JBP) with omni-channel retailers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build optimized customer plans across various aspects of eCommerce
  • Track forecasts and performance metrics while delivering actionable insights to the eCommerce team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree is a plus
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, traditional retail, and/or CPG
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence internal stakeholders
  • Capable of working independently with limited supervision
