Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of retained Strategic Programme merchants, the full-time remote eCommerce Account Strategist will ensure timely delivery of growth tasks, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to execute development roadmaps.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day client account management and ensure delivery of agreed growth tasks
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Director to formulate ideas and understand task requirements
  • Manage client feedback loops and allocate agency resources based on merchant growth roadmaps
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in eCommerce, either in-house or in an agency
  • Hands-on technical experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Big Commerce
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics
  • Experience in managing development roadmaps and end-to-end strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and nurture client relationships
