Ecommerce Administrator
Job Summary
Managing and optimizing online sales platforms, the full-time Ecommerce Administrator will ensure seamless product listings, content, and customer experience across all ecommerce channels while driving revenue and maintaining operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain product listings, descriptions, and digital assets on the Adobe Commerce platform
- Oversee order flow from purchase to fulfillment and support customer service with escalations
- Identify revenue growth opportunities through data analysis and support digital marketing initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, IT, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of ecommerce or digital operations experience
- Familiarity with ecommerce and CMS platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital merchandising, and conversion optimization
- Proficient in Excel/Sheets with data analysis capabilities
