eCommerce Amazon Advertising Customer Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager with an eCommerce/Amazon advertising background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deepen client success through onboarding, training, and account management
• Understand customer goals and demonstrate the value of our products to new and existing customers
• Act as project and relationship manager, delivering target performance metrics and achieving high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in eCommerce or Amazon advertising, with a solid understanding of Amazon Advertising PPC and Amazon DSP
• Experience with Walmart Advertising and managing accounts or customers on Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Walmart Marketplace
• Business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the eCommerce industry
• Ability to create content in a variety of forms and quickly learn new products and applications
• Bilingual (Spanish, French, German, Italian) is a plus
